Our evening breakfast was served deliciously hot.
The food plating and presentation was delightful and appetizing.
The waitress and host were extremely kind and went out of their way to make sure our dinning experience was extraordinary.
The staff at this restaurant surpassed my expectations through Reputable service, dignity and dedication.
The establishment appeared well cared for and clean.

My grandkids love coming here - the menu has lots of options (you can't go wrong with anything on the breakfast menu) and the customer service is always great. I love that they have a 55+ menu as well as a kids menu. We usually come on Saturday morning around 9 or 9:30 am and have never had to wait for a table. All in all, a nice choice for anyone with kids.

We ate breakfast here at 7am on a Friday morning, having just stayed at the Edgewater hotel down the street. Standard Perkins. Great view of the lake if you're sitting by one of those windows. We had the place to ourselves, so let the kids look at the maps of Lake Superior on the walls. All our food came out quickly, was cooked, and had ample condiments. Bathroom floor was sticky, never sure if that is from too much soap in the cleaning water, or from being dirty...

Perkins is good at always being Perkins. I know what to expect and typically even have an idea of what I want prior to even walking through the door.

We were late guests and had our food ordered for us by some family. Everything turned out how it should be and we were satisfied with that. The waitress seemed a bit snappy with our kids because they didn't hear her when she was setting their food down. My burger was dry, but the egg yolk moistened it up. Other than that, there wasn't anything really bad. Nothing stood out either for me to think it was above any other Perkins I've been to.

Honestly everyone we met in front was great. The food however ruined the whole experience. It has truly fallen a long way

Terrible service one I was standing there for about 10 15 mins before anyone noticed me and then they dont greet you they just seat you and then they don't really say much to you just don't go good food but bad costumer service

Jordan was amazing! Not only sweet but very efficient with our order and through our whole dining experience! She should get a huge raise and promotion she deserves it and that coming from our experience!!
