In a noisy line of people in the center of a mall. the baristas are still friendly but you can tell they're exhausted from working so quickly for so many people. orders are sometimes mixed up.
But hey, it's still okay coffee

It's very nice in the Mall. Caribou has good seating and the coffee and bakery is top notch.

Stood their waiting as they had their own personal LOUD conversation, when they finally noticed me it felt like I was interrupting them. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
It’s a bummer because I like getting coffee from here, wish the interactions weren’t so uncomfortable.

Beware the full cup of ice!
So I've always had decent service here until recently. I've always ordered the same drink the same way until the barista rolled her eyes at me for requesting less ice in the drink.
Well I stopped ordering at this caribou for awhile and today I was in a giant rush so I went down and grabbed a chai on the way to getting where I needed to go.
I slurped it down only to find out that yet again there is an excessive amount of ice left in my cup. If you see the picture, it doesn't lie! My drink was literally 75% ice after it melting for 10 min.
Even if I'm late for work I'll be going out of my way and bypass this location to go to Starbucks next time. The barista's there are less hassle and they don't put 75-80% ice in your drink.
Congratulations caribou! You lost a $750+ per year customer! Oh and I want a 75% refund!

This location in the Duluth Minnesota Miller Hill Mall, isn't so good as other locations. The Carmal high raise blended is great at any location. The personal touch by employees forsure varies by location. This one had nothing on the menu available. The gal seemed so disinterested and didn't care to be at work. Not enough seating available either.
