They are extremely slow. I understand a labor shortage but I don't understand an employee waiting 5 minutes to even start my food when I'm right there waiting for it and there's no other tickets for him to work on.

I ordered four sandwiches and day old breads for delivery it has been an hour already and I still have not gotten my food if you're trying to eat because you're hungry I do not recommend

Do not go to this Erberts and Gerberts in Duluth on 1st and 3rd W.
When approaching the counter asking for service, both female manager and male employee stared at the register from the back room. There were no other customers.
When asking about using the bathroom while ordering a vegan sandwich, I was told “that’s what they all say”.
I was then told the police would be callled on me for asking for the managers name.
Take your money elsewhere 👎🏽

Completely disrespectful not to wear a mask during a mandate. Food is ok so not at all worth any risk. When I am the only person in the restaurant, it shouldn't take 15 mins to make my sandwich

I love the sandwiches and soups. The broccoli and cheese and the chicken and dumpling soups are great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the macaroni cheese soup is a little too sweet. Otherwise everything is really good and great prices. I ordered this evening and they said 30 to 40 minutes and they were here in about 20 to 25 minutes... Great service and great food 🙂🙂

Decided to order here online because it was one of the few places open. Ordered at 10:49 and the order was set to pickup at 11:23. I got there close to 11:30 which was my mistake. One person inside on the phone which is fair. Until he gets off the phone at almost 11:40 and hasn't started my order. Not very pleased with how this happened but it is what it is I guess

The last 3 times i’ve ordered from here, i’ve asked for no tomatoes, no cheese & add ranch on a sandwich. They have it on the receipt, yet I’m still getting the tomatoes & cheese & no ranch. I love their food but this is just, disappointing. Sorry.

Went in and the picture of the brisket bbq bacon looked really good. I was very displeased with what I actually got. Not going back... $8 and some change for a 4oz sandwich?
I told the girl at the counter I was displeased with the sandwich. She immediately had an attitude and told me “You don’t get what you see in the picture at McDonald’s either.” Needless to say, she didn’t attempt to make it right.
