Taco Bell

I have been so excited about the return of the Mexican pizza. I find Bally make it to get one and when I get my bag, the pizza was a scrambled mess. We ate there, so it wasn’t due to travel. There were no tomatoes on top, and the ingredients were running out of the box. Then I open my first taco to find a broken mess. I will try again at a different location before I pass final judgment.

Absolutely horrific. I've never in my life had a taco bell be this bad at making food. And I eat at taco bell at least twice a week. Got the the worse crunchwrap I've ever had . Almost empty and hardly any scraps of meat. Barely any cheese or anything in it. The spicy potato soft tacos had hardly a dot of Chipotle sauce on them as seen in the pictures. They were slapped together quite carelessly. I really hope taco bell sees this review and fixes it because this is terrible and I love taco bell. Update: gave the place another try and got a cheesy Gordita crunch that was half empty(see picture) came back around and very politely asked for a new one and instead the guy who made it comes and gives me a container with more lettuce and cheese. I asked him about the beef and he told me that he made it himself and he put a "whole scoop" of it. I'm amazed that he can take such pride in such a bad gordita. There was nowhere near the advertised beef and hardly any sauce, it was the driest gordita crunch I've ever had

I ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY want to be contacted about my experience at this location. Last strike. I called and asked for the manager and the girl on the phone says speaking. As I could have guessed NOT the manager and she never needs to be because the attitude is not good for any position in that place. So finally speak the the actual manger. Third timing dealing with him and each time has been worse than before. They told me I could bring my receipt and all the food I got, and they would replace the one item. Are you actually kidding? Get my kids back in the car, to replace one item and then finally get back home and eat cold food that I paid for. Do better.

This location is usually good during lunch time but not so great in the evening. Ordered a Doritos cheesy Gordita crunch, and it was ridiculously lopsided, didn’t have the spicy ranch sauce on it, super soggy. I was too grossed out by it to eat it so ended up throwing it in the trash. Disappointing and waste of money.

Still don't understand the concept...people want professional wages and literally can't put the lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream INSIDE the damn taco shell with the meat. I mean, seriously...you put the meat in the shell, close the shell, dump the rest on the paper, and wrap it up?! Amazing. And maybe at least ACT a little more friendly to customers, especially when they are friendly.

Had the first Mexican Pizza here since Taco Bell made the gigantic mistake of taking it off the menu back in 2020–haven’t been to a Taco Bell since! The Mexican Pizza was absolutely glorious!!! All thanks to the Duncan SC Taco Bell that’s the only Taco Bel in the greater Greenville area with it in stock!!! Taco Bell needs to do a better job at forecasting demand so they will be in stock in all of its glory!
