Philly Pretzel Factory

I often visit Philly Pretzel Factory at least once or twice per month at the Edison, NJ location. The customer service makes it a great pleasure to continue returning time after time. The prices are also very good, but then again I don't have anything to compare it to other than the food store products. The pretzels especially the twist are freshly prepared and I normally buy about 10 for just myself. Store always clean and very well stocked. I also noticed the employee ALWAYS put on plastic serving gloves on when handling the food which is especially important to any food handling establishment. I’m new to the area and I just saw this cute little eatery next to my location so I decided to go on in , I was greeted so warmly by not only the employees but the owner willy himself. I was indecisive on what to order so after talking and deciding, I got the original pretzel bites. To be totally honest, it’s simply great!, if you’re ever in the area and need a quick snack, go see willly at Philly pretzel factory!! You won’t be disappointed.

this is another great place to get a snack or pick up something for fundraisers my brother-in-law wanted a tray for his wedding and it went so quickly not everyone was able to get pretzels. you can get them shaped like shamrocks with green sprinkles on if you want. The staff is awesome here I went back for a second time and they started singing one of the employees did welcome back from welcome back Carter that was so adorable and they get the door for me every time without even asking.
