They were good and were different not just slight variants of one another. I did find that the meat was a little on the dry side. The corn bread with the butter was super good highly recommend. The sides were good and I especially like how they use a bechamel base for their Mac and cheese. Service: very warm service and friendly hospitality. We were fairly well taken care of. Atmosphere: hidden gem in the middle of a random neighborhood. Interior is not what you would expect looking from the outside. Place has a nice welcoming yet relaxed feel to it. Delicious! We ordered off menu a platter sampler. From there we just ordered more of what we liked. We also ordered the cauliflower (delicious) and brussel sprouts in cow boy butter, french fries and beans. It was all so good. They have a dedicated fryer for gluten free. The owner makes his own BBQ sauces. They are all gluten free escort for the apple wood one which has beer in it

I don’t really get the overwhelming positive reviews. We ordered using Skip the Dishes, meal for two, choose your meat and sides. The brisket was probably the only thing that kept me from asking a refund. Pork ribs are incredibly dry and they give you a bunch of sauce to drown out the taste of the meat. Mash potato tastes like it was frozen then reheated. The mac n cheese was fine, it’s mac n cheese. Listen, I usually don’t review food even if it’s bad because I feel like a 1st world a**hole but for $50+ I really expected more. I’m not upset, just disappointed.
