This is a message specifically for management: 1. Don't put an item, like beef ribs, on your menu if you are constantly running out and unable to serve the item. It has been the third time I've came to the restaurant for this dish, and it was unavailable. 2. You can't have one waitress handle the bar, and 20 tables. She's working her butt off, but there is only so much one person can do. 3. Your food is good. Your servers are good, but the management is just horrible. Put more servers during peak hours and make sure you don't run out of food! Very disappointing experience. Update : The management reached out to me and explained the situation. I think they are truly trying to minimize these mistakes, but the nature of a grill restaurant makes perfect management difficult. Regardless, the beef ribs are delicious!

A few weeks ago, I reviewed this place by saying "Misleading signage outside. Prices NOT reasonable.", and giving them only 1 star. Since then, the owner reached out to me personally to get more detail regarding my visit. During the conversation, she suggested I give them another try, and I'm glad I did. This second visit was filled with drinks and food that were alllll very enjoyable. The $8.00 happy hour priced rib-bites had PLENTY of meat on them. They were very impressive. The manager on duty and the bar staff really looked after my wife and I and the two of us agreed that this visit REALLY convinced us that this could become a real GO-TO place during their happy hour. I am so glad that the owner took the time to contact me herself. It made a real positive impression. Now, I feel with great honesty that this place deserves a 5-Star rating.

The food took quite a long time to come, despite the restaurant only being half full. When it did come, one of our meals was missed. When that meal finally came (spaghetti and meatballs), the meatballs were cold. We were a group of 8 and I understand that presents some challenges with service. Also, our server was quite nice. I'm guessing the issues were in the kitchen.
