Arby's

Never get tired of the staff team here! The manager is awesome here. I always get the meat mountain at this location they make it perfect everytime totally worth a $10 sandwich a few times a week!! I'd recommend ordering at this Arby's to try this sandwich. (Picture of sandwich shown below bigger in person as well.)

I ordered a #3 with curly fries and a sprite. When o began eating my fries I noticed the had a very fishy taste and I’m allergic to fish so I call the store. The manager I’m assuming, Trista Brown, was very unapologetic or even empathetic about the situation telling me they use all three fryers for everything and she can’t guarantee things wont taste like fish. First of all I’m allergic to fish, as are other people, and this could kill them. Secondly, when I suggested they use a dedicated fryer for the fish to prevent lawsuits she hung up on me. She never apologized, never offers to make it right. She just hung up. I called back and another employee was kind enough to give me her name. She probably should have a position working with the public or in a management position if she cannot handle herself professionally and appropriately. I will never go back here. My French dip sandwich was good though.

My girlfriend and I went there on Saturday February 15th 2020 and it was a horrible experience. It took exactly 15 minutes to get a turkey bacon ranch, chicken Cordon Blu, and 2 large fries that were overcooked and the place wasn't even busy as it was around. The horsey sauce was not properly mixed because the first cup I got tasted like mayo but the second cup that was filled at the same time tasted like horsey sauce. One of the workers took the time to clean the condiments and drink counter but did clean the nozzles. The woman in the black shirt(manager) seemed to do plenty of standing around talking. In the future I will visit a different Arby's location. This was my first and last visit to this location.
