Buffalo Wild Wings

It has been a few years since myself or my wife had been here so we decided to stop in for a drink. The bartender approached immediately with menus and a smile to take our order. We told her we wanted drinks only but kept the menus to check them out thinking we would eat there later this week. The bartender was polite and said if you change your mind let me know. She brought our drinks and they were mixed perfectly! We didn't know what pretzel knots were but on her high recommendation we ordered them. They were fantastic!! We asked her name which was Avery. We asked about the manager and she said that was him at the nearest table. My Wife talked to him. His name is Fester. She told him we were very impressed with our service and Avery! She told him we really enjoyed our visit and he was very nice as well. He thanked us for the compliment and for coming in. We highly recommend you visit soon!! This location has an awesome staff and is well managed! We will be returning soon!!!

Our server Tammy, had no idea what the hell she was doing! Awful service and meal. We walked in at noon and didn’t get to order our food until 1pm. Food came fast after, however was wrong! My husband ordered 10 boneless wings, so out comes 15 bone in wings!! Couldn’t get a word in and she was out! Will not be back! Fries were gross, burger was burnt. Was told they were out of chicken tenders to see other tables were getting them! My daughter asked for cherry pepsi.so of course a half bottle of grenadine was poured into her cup making it god awful! Couldn’t even get the check split! I understand being understaffed and not having everything on the menu. But this was beyond that!

I've been going here since I was 12 so about 18 years. It use to be an amazing place to eat and watch the game. But here lately service had been horrible, long wait times, took over 30mins to get my food. It was also very empty with only maybe 6 other people so no excuse. This place use to be prime but since it has gotten alot of new employees, it has gone down. Use to rate 4 to 5. Now giving 3 is pushing it. Not only that the server was more worried about her phone and texting and ran out of my Wild Herd 3 times.

From the beginning the waitress brought my water and my husband ordered a yuengling beer. He waited over 10 minutes and had to flag down the waitress to see if she ordered his beer. The waitress said we do not have a bartender on staff I was waiting for someone to pour it. They brought our appetizers we had to flag down waitress for plates to put her appetizer food in. Then noticed we did not have napkins to wipe our mouths. Had to flag down waitress again to get napkins to wipe our mouths and fingers. Halfway through eating our appetizer I had a hair in my nachos of the appetizers had to pull it out and throw it on the ground. We told the waitress she said that's terrible.We did not make a scene, we were reluctant to eat anymore food off that platter. We finished some wings and called it a day. This happened on the 1st of May 2022 around 12:30 p.m. if you want to see the truth look on your video and you will see me pull the hair out of the nachos so that's why you have a zero reading from me.

We were greeted with a very nice hostess but the second we sat down, the waiter came to the table and informed us he was the only server for all of the tables (there were 5 tables total). He was very rude and short with us. Threw our napkins and straws on the table. By the time we left, there was one other table and he was sitting on his phone. Still extremely rude. I would never go back.
