Cashier and people are rude af. She just stared at me and then gave me a look, as if I was just suppose to know to order with out her asking. After the transaction she just left with out saying anything, or handing me a drink (how was I suppose to know the transaction was over). Definitely not freaky fast. They were too busy hanging out with each other to focus on the sandwiches. Took at least 8-10 mins for a slim 6 (bread and cheese) and a #6 (veggie). They had to ask us what we had just for them to start making the food after we were standing there awkwardly Do your self a favor and drive to a different one. By the time you driver there and get your order, it will have been less time than this Jimmy John's

This location just can’t keep it together. Only place that I order a sandwich that doesn’t come with mayonnaise but yet somehow they find a way to saturate the entire piece of bread in Mayo. It’s been wrong countless times. if I do end up returning, I don’t plan on ordering, I’ll just accept whatever they make I suppose. Went back with my 10 dollar GC I got from corporate. First off, she isn’t paying attention and hands me a bag that’s definitely not my order. So the people behind me with 6 sandwiches had to wait for theirs to be remade since I took that one and got 10 feet away. Then when the “correct” order gets home guess what? The sandwich that doesn’t come with Mayo is covered again. Also why is the cut sandwich in half still an option? Your employees don’t even know that option. Also, I wish I could give zero stars.

I believe the best chain cold deli sandwich around the area. Never had bad service or a bad sandwich. The west side location has pretty late hours. I don't think it's a pleasant place to eat in... radio too loud in every one I've been in, usually excessively cold - but I can't think of any fast food places that really have an enjoyable dining experience. On 5/1/21, I noticed that all employees were snugly masked with no noses peaking out and I saw someone cleaning equipment. Customers I saw at counter while waiting in drive thru were also masked - don't know if the store requests it or not.
