Absolutely horrible customer service the older lady I'm thinking she was a manager told me I didn't have to come there She was upset at an argument she had with the lady before me And the fact another Employee couldn't hear my order She immediately started argumentatively talking to Me slammed the window in my face I had two small children in the back it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had In the previous two days I spent 45.00 in food different Employees But still rude service I will drive the distance to get better service they won't get a chance to get anymore money out of me I will never return to this location All the Employees during the day should be mentally and professionally evaluated I hope they Get shut down until they can find better staff Unbelievably rude 😖🤦

The service was fast. As soon as I walked up to the counter I was asked what I would like. None of the employees wore a name tag, so I can't give them any customer service reviews. The only thing that could've been better about my sandwich is having lettuce that wasn't browning on the edges. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

I work next door and this is my first time coming here on my 30 min lunch hour. It's obvious that they have a typical lunch rush at this time because the staff ran like a WELL OILED MACHINE! They were communicating with one another, very calm and polite to customers, even cut subtle jokes with apparent regulars. This location clearly has a good team, therefore you will get great service when visiting 👍

We went to Subway 23569-0,1300 E. Morgan and the service there was so bad that We will never go back to that one. The host was a older woman and she was very Rude to me and My Husband ,we asked for more veggies on our sandwiches and she refused to do it We got two 12 inch and I Even offered to pay extra I spent $32.32 she said she fixes them her way. This is very Bad for your Company.!!!!!!!! Really Here is a copy of my receipt and the address where we went😤😤😤😔😔😔
