Auntie Anne's

TOTALLY TWISTED - yes it is not Auntie Anne’s store anymore. This store is now called totally twisted. Staff at the location was welcoming and friendly. We got twisted sticks and almond pretzel. We kind of liked it not like Auntie Anne’s sweetness taste. You may like it if you try , sweetness is less in cinnamon sugar and support the local business 👍

Went to get a pretzel dog & my free cinnamon pretzel with previous receipt. cashier was on her phone sitting down for 3 minutes straight before she noticed me then served me rather quickly. I left off to go sit down & eat my lunch for the day the dog was ok obviously was made within the hour. Cinnamon pretzel was dead cold mustve been made in the morning when they opened super dissapointing that she thought it was ok to serve me a dead pretzel just because it was free like what did i not pay for my previous order? lol

Super rude , super lazy , called in for a pickup , came after 20 mins , didn’t even start to make my big order , bunch of lazy people , asked me what did you order , i said 2 buckets , they responded “ wow “ that takes 10 mins to make , i said yeah i know that’s why we called in earlier..... never coming back to this branch , worst people ever , manager is a total loser
