Chinese Deli In Giant

Since COVID I've been doing only online and pickup from Exton store. Giant website is kind of clunky, have to make sure you sign up for a pick up time immediately bf you order, or they are gone. Shoppers are very efficient, polite. But many times items are unavailable, not marked out of stock on website. Selection is hit or miss, but delivery to car usually quick.

Staff is very nice but I cant say I see what people mean by “well stocked.” Its been 312 days since the pandemic locked down Pennsylvania, so its safe to say its been about 312 days since this Giants been adequately stocked. I used to shop here exclusively, but since the pandemic the selves are so hit or miss that I’ve stopped shopping here at all unless I have to grab something quickly. Shame, because theyre by far the closest normal grocery store. I understand that there is a pandemic, but if every other grocery store can stock well enough that none of the isle look bare, theres no excuse for why Giant cannot too.

I do like this Giant. The bakery is better BBQ chicken is yummy and the organic section is large. With one exception. The produce guy often puts regular bananas in the organic bananas section. Pic here shows only 2 organic bunches left. But this is really only to inform. The employees are helpful, and on top of things. The groceries are most everything I need in one stop. I usually stop 3 places. Lines are never long. Wish it we're closer to home.

I was looking for sugar ice cream cones. There were none on the shelf. I walked over to customer service and asked if they could have someone check and see if they had any in the back. I was told by the woman at the customer service desk that what's on the shelf is all they have. That's all. End of discussion. Any other supermarket chain would have had someone go check to see if they had more in the backroom.
