Longhorn Steakhouse

A packed Sunday afternoon and Father's day so a lot going on but the food was good! When things went wrong they did their best to make it right and that's about all that can be done. I appreciated the service and how willing they were to work with us. The Ribeye and Sirloin was cooked well and still somewhat reasonably priced.

I can't remember the last time I ate at Longhorn, but am so glad I found this one. Michael was an excellent server who helped us with a smile even though we came in 30 minutes before close. We got a salad, a baked potato, and a bowl of potato soup, so it was out super quickly, and we left right as they were closing. While I don't live in Knoxville, if I am ever back in town, I will stop here again!

This restaurant is among the finest. The manager, Amanda, is exceptional. She quickly resolved a minor issue regarding a visit over one month ago. And she is so polite, kind, and professional. Ask for Amanda during a future visit. Natilie, Guest Relations Manager, contacted me via email message. An amazing person. She provided a $20 gift card. Timmie, lunchtime greeter, is the best. He greets each customer with kindness and respect. And he expresses appreciation to the customer. Paige, my server today, is amazing. So polite. So efficient. She knew what I needed, even before I asked. To the Longhorn executive staff, please express my most sincere appreciation to each person that I have mentioned. And thank you for hiring the best employees.

Came here for our first night away from the kids in a while, and I'm so glad we did. The atmosphere is fantastic, the service was exceptional, and the food was great. Anyone coming here MUST try the glazed chicken appetizer; it was definitely the highlight of the meal. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and the seasoning was good(I may ask for less salt next time). Jessica did an excellent job as our server, and was very attentive, personable, and professional. We will be coming back!

That was the best steak I've ever had. The service was excellent and the kitchen was probably the fastest we've had at any restaurant. My wife got the New York strip and I got the Outlaw Ribeye, both were cooked to perfection. We also had the Wild West Shrimp appetizer which was so tasty. It had just the right right ratio of peppers to shrimp and sauce. And the decor was so nice, it was much nicer than Outback or Texas Roadhouse.

We had a early Father’s Day dinner last night at Long Horns Steakhouse located in Turkey Creek. Our food and service was terrific! The restaurant was super busy. The wait was much less than we expected. The food was quick and accurate. Our server was Owen. He was very friendly and helpful. Thanks again for wonderful service!!
