Mcdonald's

It never fails! Pull up to the drive thru and 4 others cars go thru before I finally pull off and back around to a different lane to give my order. All the while 2 more cars get there order before me. Haven't had a drive thru employee ever be nice. They all seem rude and like the really hate their job. It seems to be transfered to the customer through their sarcastic attitudes and rudeness. The last straw was when we pulled up to pay and then we are told the machine for mocha is being cleaned and they try to rudely offer something in return. After all this I still didn't get what my wife wanted. I will stop coming to this location...period! Thanks Farragut you lived up 5o your reputation!

The guy taking my order at the drive thru and the girl at the first window were friendly. However, when I got to the second window the kid (not in a uniform) asked me what I ordered. I named everything. When the kid handed us the two cokes, I asked which one was diet. He stated, “I honestly don’t know. I should have marked the cups huh?!” Then I told him the sprites from the kids meals were missing. He handed me one. I said we were still missing one. He stated, “I’m not sure what size it was so I will just give you a medium.” When he handed me the second sprite, the lid was off and he asked if I could put the lid on for him. After going through the food, I realized we were missing a small fry. After all of that, the food was cold.

Omg please do not eat here!!! I stopped by for a ice cream cone and ff, the inside is so disgusting! I have never seen a restaurant that has trash piled up in the lobby and the inside stunk so bad. The staff is lazy and act like they have no brain! Just give blank empty looks while you are talking to them. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!
