Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered two wraps, both with plant based chicken substitute, and asked for no cheese on the Caribbean jerk one. Opened it up, cheese on it. Unfortunately I was already a good 20 miles away. It's a good thing I always carefully check my food at new places because this could have made me very sick. The other wrap was fine, but not being able to follow these instructions made me concerned they didn't use the plant based chicken either. Smoothie tasted good.

I love tropical smoothie Café but I’m pretty disappointed with my order yesterday. Ordered the Santa Fe chicken quesadilla and when I got to my vehicle realized there’s only chicken and cheese on it and no salsa. Went back inside for salsa which took a very long time to receive. By the time I ate my food it was cold. The chicken was rubbery and not very good. Two stars because they were nice but they are very slow and even though I specifically asked for salsa at the register I didn’t receive any. They also did not have any sour cream.

Healthy, decent price, satisfies hunger. We got the baja chicken bowl, quesadilla, and island green smoothie. It totaled about $20. The smoothie tastes great, can taste the greens but the mango and pineapple help. The only spicy sauce they have isn’t really spicy but it does add flavor. Food is good to satisfy hunger. We were passing by and had to get the tires fixed close by. great spot!

To whom it may concern, This morning, Thursday of February 15/2018, I went to the Tropical smoothie cafe at ACC - Northridge campus and I had an awful customer service. I am writing this hoping it will reach someone and consider it because it is a serious matter. It's not about the drink, but her attitude and inability of polite communication was a huge issue. Here's what happened she asked me, "do you want your drink(antioxidant) to be peanut butter or strawberry. I responded, "strawberry." She nodded her head and went about the transaction to charge me. After I waited for a few minutes, she put the order out on the table and called out loud. I went to check it but didn't look like strawberry to me. I thought she still hasn't finished mine yet. So, I asked to confirm is this order mine she said yes. I told her it's not strawberry though, she got defensive and argued that I had initially told her peanut butter. I refused to accept that and politely told her no there is a mix-up and that I had clearly stated I wanted a strawberry drink. She was arguing against that. I asked her to remake/replace it for me with the correct one but she continued to argue against it and refused to remake it. Her behavior was very unprofessional in how she looked away and completely refused and ignored me as a customer. She also never gave me a receipt. It is so unacceptable and unfair of the clerk at the register to treat customers like that. Thank you, Sara Yes I know it looks like an essay, but this was my email to the company directly about my incident with this cafe at NRG ACC campus. Our college is supposed to provide us with convenient options and great service not anything like this and if say anything happens like that OUR VOICES AND COMPLAINTS MUST be heard and considered not overlooked!!!

never a bad experience but never really a good one. Always enjoy the cedar bluff store better as the customer service is always a whole lot better and never get an order wrong. Came in this evening to pick up an order and on my two year olds cheese quesadilla big kahuna combo they made it a chicken one which I usually wouldn’t mind but he hasn’t been feeling good today and I wanted to get him something easy to get down so he’d be more willing to eat it, at least it wasn’t because of a vegetarian issue..it also came with a pretty spicy salsa which I thought was weird to give with a child’s quesadilla.
