Zaxby's

The restaurant has a wide open dining room with many seating options. We received good customer service when ordering and receiving our meal. The chicken however did not taste good and seemed as if it had sat for awhile after being cooked. I ordered the blue cheese salad and in my opinion had too much blue cheese so that it overpowered any other flavor. I more thank likely will not return based off of the food taste and cost.

We love Zaxbys food! We eat there quite frequently. The prices are not so bad. The only thing that we’ve ever had happen with our food at all, was a couple of times that we got chicken strips some of the strips were only half or less than the size that they should have been. I realize that there will be pieces like that in the bags of strips that they get, but they should at least give you two of those size strips to count it as a whole strip. I will mention this to them at the store and see if it helps. Otherwise it’s definitely one of our favorite restaurants.

Great salad! I had a coupon for a free salad so I stopped by to see if they were worth the cost. I have to say that it was restaurant quality & I'll go back if I'm ever in the area. Tasted very fresh! I read several reviews about bad service but I visited the one in Turkey Creek and received quick & friendly service.

This was my first time visiting this particular zaxby’s restaurant and the food was absolutely perfect! The best chicken tenders I’ve ever received from one of their stores before. They were perfectly battered and cooked and had the best flavor! I didn’t even use my sauce. (which I typically obsess over) the fries were fresh and seasoned just right. With staffing shortages and difficulties in receiving goods, it’s nice to get good service and great food! Thank you!
