Chick-fil-a

The food quality diminishes during high peak times; such as when all the college kids are moving in, or on bad days during the lunch rush. But the team's great demeanor really ties everything together. From the drive through that has tons of resources dumped into it to make it an enjoyable experience, to the flowers on the table when dining in, this location's team has incredible synergy and skill. The building and parking itself could have some improvement, with it being a little tight at times, but what matters, the food and who gives it to you, make this place deserving of 5 stars.

It's fast, easy, accurate, reasonably priced, and convenient. I've tried everything they sell, multiple times, and it is all good. I prefer the chicken nuggets. Wish they made them in spicy kind. Always clean and well kept. They do a great job of keeping everything moving smoothly. Which is an incredible feat considering the sheer number of customers they get on a daily basis! Can't wait for the peach milkshake again this summer!

Always clean when I arrive. Staff is friendly and helpful. In spite of how busy they are, they're always patient with me. Chicken always tastes great, good enough to enjoy without any sauces. But as many a customer will attest to, their sauces are indeed worth gushing about. If you haven't tried their cookies, they're worth every cent.

It is with deep regret I have to rate this location so low. I have been to many as I am sure others have too. I waited over 20 minutes for a cobb salad in the drive thru. Yes, they ask you to pull around front to wait. Yes, they have good tasting chicken but after waiting so long I went in and politely asked for my money back since I needed to get back to work. They proceeded to give me another salad (which I guess someone else had ordered as well). Unfortunately the manager was not friendly and seemed bothered. Something is not right at this location. Great company but I have to assume not great management at this location.

Very rude employees. Came in to pick up a messed up order (second time it’s happened but I love the nuggies) and the gentleman who helped me out on 05/12 was so snobby, I’ll definitely let people know about this horrible experience I had and will continue to call until I’m able to speak to a general manager.

Love this Chick-fil-a location. Never had an order that disappointed (forgotten utensils, wrong item, no napkins etc.) While many have posted on the lunch/dinner items, Chick-fil-a also has a delicious breakfast menu. Examples include the chicken/sausage hash brown scramble. This comes in either a bowl or a burrito, but I prefer the bowl. Also the chick-fil-a minis are also an excellent choice. The bagel, well, everything on the breakfast menu is great.

long story short: people of color are not given the same treatment as everyone else in this chick fil a. literally waited for 25 minutes while everyone who came in after us (not a person of color), got their food before us & we felt the judgment from the manager. not a good experience ***update*** responded to the review yet have not done anything as little as a response through email.
