Choice City Wings

Choice City Butcher & Deli is my favorite place in town, so when I heard about Choice City Wings I was SUPER excited! When I walked in I immediately noticed the adorable environment! I was super excited to see the menu! It was a truly beautiful thing, and I recommend you look it up immediately... My friend ordered the duck wings with the Honey, Ginger Garlic sauce and I got an order of bone in chicken wings half with the Mean Mr. Mustard sauce and half Garlic Parmesan. When the wings came it they did not disappoint! Both Choice City's have high quality meat that has kept me coming back while I have lived here in Fort Collins. I felt truly welcomed at Choice City Wings by those who were working there! Both Lauren and Gianna took such wonderful care of us, and helped us by making recommendations. Not only does this place have amazing food, they also have a huge beer selection and lots of liquor too! We both go one of the six mules that they have! I would recommend this place to ANYONE in Fort Collins! The meat is out of this world, and if you have a vegetarian in your party there is also a lot for them to eat! I am so happy I checked Choice City Wings out!

Ordered food that I never got. Walked in and didn’t get my drink order taken for the first 15-20 min. I order a drink and place the food order when she returned with my beer. My friend ordered at the same time. They bring my friend’s wings out to him after about 20-30 min of waiting. I am expecting my wings to be right behind my friends. They never show up. I sit there waiting for about 30-40 min while my friend eats his entire order. No one ever asked me how my food was (I was going to use this as a time to tell them I never got my food). After an hour and a half spent in here I was still hungry. Only positive is that the bartender was nice and apologetic, and they have Planet the Elder on tap, but there’s no reason I should have to wait that long to not get food. There was a total of maybe 5 other guests at the time, so I’m not sure why it was so slow. I won’t be back in. Luckily for them, Choice City Deli makes good sandwiches because Choice City Wings won’t get another visit

We've been here multiple times, with fairly mixed experiences. The first key is to sit at the bar. After a previous visit and reading the reviews this is just vital, or you will not be served. The bartenders are good and this is the best views of the TVs though, so this is not a big drawback. The wings have been very mixed. I've had wings which were perfectly seasoned, and wings that seemed like the top popped off the dry rub container, leaving the wings almost invisible in a sea of seasoning, and the kitchen said "f-it" we can serve these. Similar experiences with the regular sauces, where the variation is out of control. The main pros are the beer and bartenders, as when we have had bad food we've had it sent back with no issues. Cons are the extreme variation in quality.

I order boneless chicken wings. The apple bbq and the buffalo sauces were amazing. The chicken was a lot more crunchy on the outside than I have ever experienced. The food was not warm at all when it got to me even though I was eating by myself. My waitress did not seem to really know what she was doing yet, maybe she was new so I'll cut her some slack. Good prices. There was a girl who was not my waitress who was cussing quite often though which does not seem very professional to me.

Was pretty good, but they don't toss the wings in sauce, just drizzle it heavily on the top. Same with the dry rub, just sprinkled on top of the wings. No real hot flavors yet, ghost spice was a little spicy. Onion rings were delicious as well as their awesome selection of beer and the other appitizers looked great. Know they are working out the kinks, but look forward to it in the future as they do. Choice City proper is my favorite place in town.

I eat a lot of wings. I participate in Wing competitions make my own sauces at home and eat chicken wings at least once a week. I have an unhealthy obsession however, it makes me a seasoned veteran on knowing what is good. This place has fantastic sauces that are unique there wings are tossed well ,and there blue cheese as well as other add on's are home made. I would recommend it to anyone ,and it is by far the best wing place in Fort Collins. Jims wings is bad, Wing shack is boring, buffalo wild wings is bad quality, and fat shack is of similar quality of the last two.

I stopped by Choice City Wings this afternoon for lunch. I'd heard good things from friends, and upon entering the restaurant, felt confident that I might just be a victim of good advice. I found that the eatery possesses a laid back ambiance, with tasteful 'wing joint' inspired decor, and a pleasing light level. The staff were all very friendly and outgoing as I made my way to a table of my choosing. Upon reviewing the menu, I discovered that much more than wings could be enjoyed during this lunch. Frog legs, duck wings, and battered fish are all items that round out the traditional chicken offerings on the wing segment of the menu. The list of fried specialties was truly dazzling, and word on the street is that the nachos are to be held in the highest of regard. Additionally, all kinds of delicious sounding salads certainly caught me eye, but I stuck to my guns and ordered the wings. The lunch special looked to be a splendid deal, thus I ordered it; bone in, with tossed with traditional wing sauce. Feeling hungrier than that, I also requested an order of the pickle fries, and 5 more wings; bone in, tossed with the orange chipotle sauce. The pub chips and drink included with the lunch combo would serve to round out my meal, and a short time later, it was time to eat. The pickle fries were addictively tasty, with a nice bite provided by the horseradish seasoning and dipping sauce. Shortly after that the wings were served hot, with carrots, celery, and blue cheese dressing. The wings appeared well fried, plump, and tasty as all get out. Upon biting in, I found them to crispy on the outside, with moist, tender meat concealed beneath. Both sauces were generously applied, and each shone in its own delicious way. The pub chips were well done, crispy and seasoned adequately. A refill of my drink was provided promptly, and a wet nap was resting on the table for me when it was all done. What a great meal, I will be returning.
