I have been eating at Cilantro Grill for the past 3 months and I always order two fish tacos and one tamale. Tonight I had the worst meal. My fish tacos were so so (kind of bland) and the tamale tasted and felt like a burnt rubber tire. Not only that but they smothered it in some nasty red sauce. The wait staff always asks whether I want red or green but the sauce tonight tasted awful. In no exaggeration I almost spit it out. I only took two bites and I couldn't eat the rest. When I told the wait staff that the tamale tasted microwaved she said it is. I figured Cilantro Grille didn't make their own tamales and I was ok with that but to know your tamales are reheated in the microwave (or in my case maybe it was burned) isn't very appetizing. Tonight was probably one of the worst dinners I've eaten in a long time.

Every time I go here, I have to force myself to try something other than the fish burrito, because it is so damn good. Was lured in by the great beer specials and have been coming back for the fish burrito ever since!
