It was clean... I arrived at lunch and there was 1 girl behind the counter who was doing her job, but with a line waiting. I waited 18 minutes total. After about 5, another girl came out from the back, who just seemed annoyed that these people/customers were here. I was happy to get out of there with a sandwich. To my surprise, it was the wrong sandwich. But I didn't have time to go back. Good thing I was okay with what they guy behind me ordered.

Love SUBWAY. What I do not love is the customer service. 1 lady there, either needs to find a new job or learn how to appreciate life because she is super salty and she did not make my sub with love at all. I usually do not go to this Subway but have out of convenience and each time I deal with her and her attitude. If you are reading this you need to either take some customer service classes or talk to your parents about why they didn't raise you with some manners. My sub was still bomb though.

I appreciate the professionalism and patience the lone sandwich artist exercised during my visit. It seemed they were short handed (1 person there) during lunch and though the patrons were restless and sharing frustration with the wait times, her friendliness never wavered. Kudos for this individual staying friendly in what could be a stressful situation while customers were grumbling. Refreshing!

Wow. If I could give this place no stars I would. Let me start off by saying I frequent this location very often and easily spend $12-14 a meal. After the service I received today I will never return to this location or any locations owned by this particular franchise. I use to be a subway manager and know the ins and outs of subway like the back of my hand. I asked for my receipt because the price I was told sounded high compared to what I’m normally charged. Dakota mischarged me so it came out costing more. She rang me up for extra cheese and a carbonated bottled drink when I asked for milk. I know this effects the price as carbonated bottled drinks are a different button than milk or juice in the POS. When I came back inside and asked her to fix the problem she told me I’d have to wait. She then proceeded to ring two customers out before fixing my receipt as my sub sat in the car getting cold. She then told me it cost more than it usually does. I order the same thing every time so I know she was lying to me. Before all this happened Dakota wouldn’t even help her coworker on the front line which left the coworker in a compromising position, her coworker was leaving hot subs that had been toasted on the counter to get cold rather than finishing them because there was a huge line and Dakota wouldn’t help. Dakota should’ve helped make sandwiches and knocked the line out so they could work on the order they received together rather than alone. Part of working at subway is teamwork and there was none to be found here. I’m sad to say I will no longer be able to visit what was once my favorite location all because of one girl. Dakota raised her voice at me and was generally rude. I don’t give my money to franchises who allow employees to mistreat and abuse customers.

The manager here. Should not be a manager. Bre is honestly one of the worst managers I have ever seen. My girlfriend worked here and she treats her workers like garbage. Always leaves early even when its busy. Closes the store when it snows even when it doesnt stick. And is just an all out disrespectful manager. I wouldn't order here when she is working.

For whatever reason, this Subway is a tad below other Subways in the area. Staff is friendly, and the food tastes like any other Subway. Just feels like they’re always out of certain items, and the fountain drinks here taste a bit off. Could be cleaner too. I’ll probably come here again in the future though.

2 very rude girls work here! I came here with my daughter and they were very short with me and roll their eyes because I asked for lettuce on my daughters sandwich, asked for someone else that was busy in the back to ring us out! But the next guy in line they're all over it and all happy! Very rude! Shouldn't be in customer service! Place needs better staff!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAFF, I came in about a week and a half ago and ordered a meatball sub. I took the sandwich home, took ONE bite and got sick. I came back to the store and asked for my refund back. She took my receipt and threw the sub away and told me someone would contact me the next day. I went back into the store a couple of days ago and was greeted by a young man who was rude and uninterested in the refund of my money. I just called again, less than 10 minutes ago, and asked what the status is of our refund. The manager who talked to me was Eric, he told me to call again tomorrow morning and then HUNG UP on me. It shouldn't be a surprise though, first Subway hires pedophiles and now cant even maintain good customer service. SHOCKED ABOUT SUBWAYS ATTITUDE TOWARDS ITS CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!
