Dim Sum Usa

We bumped into this new place during its "soft opening". The owners are from Hong Kong and very friendly. More importantly, the food is GREAT and priced reasonably. We like to pick up frozen dumplings from various dumpling places for those lazy nights when we are too tired to cook. We tried Dim Sum USA's frozen dumpling and the beef pancake. I found the food much more refined, the dumpling skins are just right - not too thick and not too thin, the ingredients is juicy and tasty. When we were there, we saw someone eating the pork bun there and it looks super good as well. In my opinion, the place beats other popular dumpling places like Town of Dumpling in San Mateo or Panda Dumpling in San Carlos hands down. Highly recommend!

it came on the internet many times that it was good, so I thought that I would try it, since was in my city where I live. But I am thinking that I am allergic to the food, for I am still up 3am in morning after eating it at 8:00pm last night. For I had to take 4-6 gavinsong tablets and lot of water, and every time I try to lay down to go to sleep, I can't sleep or swallow good and coughing up and spilt stuff comes up and it not digesting well in my throat, so I am sitting up. And I all I had was the pork and chicken dumplings, with pickles. And this reaction happens every time I have a food allergy attack. So I will never go to your restaurant again for sure. And I have had dum sum food before, but never this kind of bad reaction with restaurants that I am aware of and other Chinese restaurants!
