I asked for the island pitaya bowl . I received my island pitaya bowl. In a small cup . I was charged $10 bucks for it . The blending doesn’t even tasted like pitaya it was so watery . There were a bunch of 4 guys chatting to each other instead of doing their job . I waited like 10 minutes when I was the only costumer . Worst experience ever and a expensive bowl in a cup .

Usually I'm happy with the place but this Saturday I picked up an Acai Bowl ordered through Doordash and it's only back home I found out that the team there had not put ANY thing but the Acai... I checked the bill and I did not remove anything. Mistakes happen, that's fine but what's not fine is that the young gentleman at the store to whom I told there was an error with my order was very cold and assumed I was the one who had made an order mistake, he didn't believe me, asked for my ID, asked me to show my phone... After he saw proof that was I was saying was true, he just said a barely audible and cold "sorry for that". When he came back with the fixed order, no commercial gesture nothing except when he saw me leaving without the first Acai only bowl told me with a smile "you can take than too". What a moron.
