We had a large group today we had good service excellent food. None of my friends complained about their food or service so I give it five stars.

We ordered breakfast bowls and the hash browns were cold and mushy. And when the sever offered us carry out containers we told her no that the food wasn’t good and we wouldn’t be taking it with us. She went and got the manager. Not at our request, we were going to pay and leave. The manager came to our table and asked if we had a problem. We again said what the problem was. Her response was that their potato’s were always mushy like that that they have a hard time getting them crispy and she wouldn’t be able to do anything about it.
I thought that was a pretty rude response considering we didn’t ask to speak to her in the first place. And honestly who admits that their food isn’t good and basically tells their customers to deal with?
Definitely would not recommend

This is no longer Tom's pancake house. It is now Dale's Family Restaurant 2. They removed half of the menu options and the food quality is not as good as it was when it was Toms. It used to be excellent, now it's just meh...

As someone that has spent years in the industry myself; I can say that Laura is an EXCELLENT server. Personable, prompt, attentive, and an absolute sweetheart. This place is extremely clean, and the food is absolutely AMAZING. So happy to have found my new local spot that I will certainly continue to visit frequently. Keep it up, y’all!

Looks as good as the smell that greets you as you walk in the front door. Super friendly staff; fast and friendly. You don't have to ask for much because they know what your meal requires as condiments. Great value!!!

Pancakes were delicious! I really have no complaints as far as service goes. The food wasn't exceptional, but my taste buds may be different from someone else's. You can't please everyone. Otherwise, not bad.
