Domino's Pizza

Food was hot and ready, but not prepared to order. They gave me extra sauce, thanks. But I wondered why? My pizza was to be cut in squares, it was not. It also was to to be well done, it was not. I also did not order peppers which you can clearly see there are peppers. Also the biggest offense was the time it took, over 1.5 hrs.. I applaud the hot and ready, however I did not get what I ordered nor did I get it in a timely manner. Save the extra sauces towards food cost, just do right and I’d be happy. It’s not that difficult!! I strictly request my payment be returned by a main office.

Won't be going back there, Won't be ordering pizza from there, and Won't be recommending this place to anyone. I ordered a pizza and when I got it was not what I ordered. I called and let them know what had happened and it was made poorly. ( Just BAD 😞 ). I called to let them know, so they said when ever I'm ready just call up there and I wouldn't have to pay for it. I thought that was good at least their willing to make it right. But that wasn't the case here. They never stood by the "Domino's" word. I never got the pizza they owed me. And to make Bad , worse they weren't friendly, courteous or helpful. Instead they were rude, mean and sarcastic. So 👎 down for you "Domino's" 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 From an unhappy customer Leticia

The worst store ever to order from! I spend $65 with tip. One of the pizzas I ordered should have been a deluxe with added olives and extra cheese. What I got was an olive and cheese pizza. I spend 28mins on the phone trying to get ahold of someone. Ended up driving to the store to be told the phones don’t work! Online tracker said it was Joshua who was making my order. I find out “Joshua” is the manager and was told things happen. When people pay for delivery they should not have to drive to the store to get their pizza and still end up paying the delivery fee!

Ordered pizza for my family along with some other sides they offer. But when I got the food it was well over an hour and on the app it showed ready. When food finally got to me food was cold and pizza was hard. Been calling for manager and no one answers phone. Very disappointed in they way they just ignore customers. Did not eat any of the food and still waiting for a call back.

Worst Dominos Pizza I have ever seen. Canceled a $100 order because they "didnt have chicken". We used a $100 Gift card they left a message but woudnt answer the phone. There was literally one thing with Chicken in the order. This was plain laziness and didnt want to make the large order. Garbage Dominos.

So i placed an order at this location around 9:20 PM 07/6/2022 and it showed Joshua Prep the Order, right around 9:43 PM i went to the store and there was a black lady asked my name she couldn't find it then looked at the order I'm not sure if she still find the order or not she just came with its not even started it will take more than 15 more minute. Then i explained about my wait and i had to be at work in 10 min she came up with I CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER???? When i try to ask ask her why did she even take the order if she don't have time to prepare it, She just turn her back and said she don't wanna talk to me. ((((I'm going to Call the Cops if you don't leave the store)))) that's what she said to me. I can't believe that's a store manager come up with this anger and so disrespectful. FYI I'm a Veteran no one needed to be treated this way. Hopefully she get fired to be lesson for others for being rude
