Pizza Hut

Last time I ordered online(about a couple of months ago) it took 1 hour. Now, it took 2.5 hours!!!!!!! I complained and nothing. No refund, no credit. Edit: from 1 star to 4 stars Corporate contacted me today and gave me credit. They were really quick on this, so customer service is good. Only up to 4 stars because this location still is slow on delivery. You'll have a quicker experience picking it up since they are always short on delivery drivers.

Pretty weird, we placed an order early but they cancelled our order because the 'didn't have the dough'. We called three hours later to figure out where our pizza was and they said why they cancelled, but said now they had the dough ready. So basically they cancelled the order because they had to make the dough? and we waited for three hours? Weirdest experience ever.

Pretty bad experience. Normally everything goes great and its amazing food. Tonight the store was to busy to complete our order and was forgetting things that we paid for. When we called the store about our food being 40 minutes late they didn't even have our order in the system. wont be ordering from pizza hut again.

my order is going on 2 1/2 still haven't got my food when i called as asked they told me that they where sorry then only had one driver and he had multiple orders so either they where lying or i am going to be eating cold pizza this is the last time i order from them on top of that i am going to reach out to pizza hut corporation and ask is there policy to only have one pizza delivery driver ????? because not to be rude but how is that my problem i order and paid for a service and it is not getting being done in a timely manner if i could i would give it a1/4 of a star never been so disappointed in my life with service i am getting it is now it is midnight so technically it is next day still waiting..........

Dirty jeans and female manager tried to spin it that l was talking about driver no girl don't shift the blame to some poor old driver... take responsibility for the cooks also poorly dress...they charge a fee to operate in California. 50 cent that fee must be used for uniforms this is a recent change like when Domino stop hand out Parmesan cheese saying that it goes bad.wrong they're cheap and stop giving out cheese,, please pizza hut don't get cheap and start a investment in pants.
