Cotton Patch Cafe

This place is trash. Ordered delivery directly through the Cotton Patch app, at 5:35 and scheduled to arrive at 6:42. At 7:00 called to find out why food was still not delivered after 1.5 hours. Spoke with manager Nick who said he would remake the order since it was now cold from sitting up there, and would try to find a different delivery service. I told him to cancel delivery and we would pick it up. About the time my wife arrived to pick up the order, I started receiving texts from Favor that they were waiting on my food to be finished so they could deliver it, so the delivery was obviously not canceled. Had to explain to the driver what happened and cancel the order. Once my wife got back with the food, almost 2.5 hours after the initial order, we then find we are missing food, and the baked potato was hard and not cooked all the way. Throughout this whole mess, we did not receive a single apology, or even a refund of the delivery fee we paid for food we had to go get ourselves. Will never order from here again.

The sweet tea was good. Our server seemed very distracted with three tables going on. The kitchen may or may not of had the food on the menu so leaving it up to them was a mystery on what you were going to get. This maybe the norm but isn't my fancy anymore. The food was slow to come out so if your in a rush I've said my peace. 2 out of three plates were correct so that why we have given 3 stars. Hope to update again when daring enough to give it another shot. Rolls need some love, maybe a different butter or warm? The place is clean, everyone had masks on, and the hostess was very attentive that remembered our names on the way out. He gets 5 stars!

Finally got to try this cafe. I went with my parents for a late, lunch. We had a great, server who was sweet and covered all the things a great server would. I had a basic, BLT sandwich and I have to say , it was yummy! The bacon they used was very, tasty! I KNOW I will come back sometime, it won me over. 4 stars only because my dad's burger was ok. Sorry

*Great Service* *Delicious Food* *Clean Tables* *Highly Recommended* We stopped in for brunch and were very impressed by not only the outstanding service they have a decent sized menu as well and their salads are fresh and the fish was a little to buttery but not to bad definitely better than most places.

This place really disappointed me.....we had a call in order tonight; on the website menu for the chicken fried steak meal, it says it comes with 2 sides....so you look under sides and it has a list. When I called in my order and asked that our 2 sides be a ceasar salad and a baked potato, they said it would be an extra $1.50 for each of the sides I chose. It is not listed that way online (false advertisement! ). I ordered them anyway and the baked potato was a tiny little thing that was not cooked through so I had to microwave it to even get it soft. Tasted like a day old potato. I thought for the extra $1.50 I had to pay for it, it would have been some spectacular potato but no.....just false advertising! I also get home and there is no gravy for the chicken fry so I have to make gravy and then reheat my food. Way too much trouble for the price. I will NEVER order from there again. It would have been much cheaper and easier just to have a sandwich at home! I do not recommend this place to anyone! Also, I don't know what is in their potato cheese soup but it looks like orange baby food with huge chunks of potatoes.....ick!
