OMG!!! BEST FOOD, SMILING FACES & SUPERB SERVICE!!! Breakfast was to die for! Biscuits were scrumptious, chicken fried steak so tender no knife needed! The only thing missing possibly was more pepper in the gravy. I don't know when I've had a better meal...just be sure to bring cash coz this old fashioned eatery with food like grandma made doesn't take debit or credit cards.

Pam's is a wonderful Institution in Granbury. It is a Breakfast Lunch Diner that's always filled with the hometown crowd. We ate there for the first time this week. We enjoyed a cheese omelette with mushrooms with hash browns in a Biscuit and an order of two pancakes. My wife and I shared this and should have just ordered one pancake. Everything was quite good. I asked about the house specialty I've Got The Look that everything was good then after some some thought they said the most popular dish was the Spanish omelette followed by the breakfast tacos.
