Cicis Pizza

Went after the parade down town. Pizza was OK none of us got sick but the restaurant was a hot mess. Four employees were working, I should say one guy was making pizzas and 3 ladies were visiting talking and on their phones behind pizza oven as if we customers could not see them. Lady in charge of dining room walked by large table with empty plates and cups the 40 minutes we were there and never cleaned it. But she kept stuffing plastic silverware in the holders, then started draining whatever this was at the drink machine.Returned to kitchen to visit some more.This was at 7:30 pm with restaurant filling up from the parade crowd and customers having to maneuver around bucket.When we left bucket had run over flooded mat and running onto floor. If I owned this restaurant I would hire a manager or be there myself, to run it professionally.

We have gone out to eat at this one only a few times. I miss the older restaurant and how clean it was. It was always busy but better staffed. Also they never acted as if it was a bother to make a pizza special if we asked. The Grandkids like it, so we will go occasionally, but wish it was like it used to be years ago when we took our kids.

Typically have the same 4 types of pizza every time we go and has continuously gotten worse every trip. Never have fresh desert, or if it is it’s under cooked just like the pizza. Today there was the same 5 cinnamon rolls sitting in a pool of grease the entire hour we were here, we complained about it and the staff didn’t seem to care and no new deserts were put out. Only positive note is when you have them make you a personal pizza it’s usually fully cooked.

Went there tonight at 8:27pm and they close at 9pm. When we got to the register we were told the manager stated that they were not making any more pizzas and we would have to eat only what was on the buffet which was nothing. Poor customer service and I will be filing a complaint with corporate. I'd look elsewhere to eat if I was you.
