Wendy's

Our family stopped in at 6:00pm. We stood in line for 20 minutes, a lady standing AT the counter while the guy running the register, didn't even acknowledge her, tell her it'll be a minute....ANYTHING. Finally he takes her order and gets her out of the way. We stepped up to order and I was asked "what do you want?" We ordered our food, and then waited some more. My wife and I got our orders called, but we were still missing two kids meals, and I had to tell them that. Then my wife's order was wrong. Overall it really sucked. The customer service was terrible, attitudes were terrible, and the whole time I watched other customers walk back up to ask for things that were forgotten or wrong. Overall, we won't be back to this location....and I'm sure everyone else that was there, won't be either.

Had to try the new spicy honey chicken, it was great. Far better than KFC and McDonalds. Service was very quick and the food was very hot. McD could learn about service from here. Very pleased. UPDATE: Chicken remains tasty. However, the fries were awful. Two different days and the same, old, cold, not crisp and tasteless. I won't waste my money getting a combo. If I want bits and pieces of fries I'll go to McDonald's. What's going on Wendy's?

The only thing good about the Baconator was the picture, it sure didn't match what I was given. A sliced of bacon cut in half placed on a dryed out patty like 'X' marks the spot, catsup and mayo looked like it was trying to hide something . Dave would not have been proud of this burger, that I do know.
