Chili's Grill & Bar

The bartender was the only server. She tried her best but it was a very disappointing lunch with my grandson. When my loaded cheese fries came (it was my meal), they were barely warm and were terribly overheated or cooked. The cheese was all dried and crunchy. We ordered the fried pickles and I had to ask for those when she brought the main courses. Again, it was not entirely her fault, bc she was alone. However, I have waited tables before and I would have never served the loaded cheese fries to a customer. As you can see by the picture, the cheese was melted to a hard crisp.

My husband was not even able to bite into his habanero chicken. It was like straight gristle he literally could not get his teeth to go into any piece except for 1. No clue what the heck was wrong with it it was horrible. Food was cold. This was our first time trying this chilis. It was a COMPLETE waste of our gift cards we got for my birthday. Broccoli tasted how a boys locker room smells salads where good and that’s about it. Medium rare steak was not seasoned and looked like a hamburger patty. Definitely not worth $19.00 . We did Togo since we live only 5 minutes away if that, but I had to put my steak on the grill because it was cold and had to season it myself.

75. Bucks for fajitas with no fixings, burnt soup, and 5 burnt ribs. No tortillas. But a really nice bartender. No staff, 2 hours 30 minutes to get a takeout order. This place needs staff. Employees sitting in closed off area of restaurant playing on their phones. Never again. What a waste of time and money. But a really nice bartender, saw him 3 times in 2.5 hour's. Never again

Okay so first thing. Food was delicious. This review has nothing to do with the food. So it was veterans day yesterday. My wife (active duty) wanted to go here and grab some lunch. We actually sat at the bar. Which literally was veterans along the entire bar (how i know is because they had the veterans menu 🤗) Anyways. The waitress/bartender was out of this world obnoxiously rude. I mean in ways that I was embarrassed for her. She was rolling her eyes non-stop, heavy sighs every time someone spoke to her. Mumbled under her breath so many time because of course it was busy! But veterans day, you have a whole bar of veterans who come to enjoy a meal, let it be free or not. When I say I am still so upset about it. Why? That's my question. Is why? Even if you have home issues, you don't bring that into your job. Especially on a day that is to celebrate our people who served or still serving! But this isn't saying she stopped any of her eye rolls or snarky comments. We were sitting there for a good 10 minutes or more before she even walked up to us. So in this time frame I seen all of her frustrations and annoyances with all the other customers before us. Fast forward. More customers (veterans came in) 3 to be exact. She hadn't had a chance to clean up, but boy did she make that known. But by the time the one customer realized how nasty she was being, he had had it. Like what in the world. Long story long..... She should have not been there that day. Whatever was going on with her she should had kept it home. It was an embarrassment. And you shouldn't have these people representing your company! Even though my wife was able to get a free meal we still paid over $60 plus tip. I think she needs a different job. Because yesterday (Veterans Day) was not at all acceptable!
