Domino's Pizza

Pulled up a window and the person by oven I guess the pizza cutter was on cell phone and when pizza was ready he took pizza out and cut without going to wash his hands after touching his phone and face. I think if you are preparing someone's else food at least be clean and courtesy enough to wash your hands if you are not wearing gloves. My business with domino's has decreased significantly for employees not washing there hands after taking money or credit cards or using the phone. I've also seen delivery drivers come straight in not wash their hands and immediately begin to help with food. I canceled my order for this exact reason. It is especially bad at night when u go there and no one is washing there hands before preparing someone's food. No more domino's for me

I cannot rate a place out of pure anger although I am angry at the moment I cannot give this place a 1 star rating because prior to tonight they hadn’t let me down before . But , I was really counting on a order to be delivered to my hungry kids and wife in which we just got home from a long drive and I work out of town at times and this was one of those times so my intentions was to drop off the kids and wife and get back on the road for work . I did just that , placed a order before I left, then got on the road. It bothers me that my daughter and wife had to fend for self tonight after believing dominoes was coming through with what i ordered for them before I left. When I left I felt good about everything for the moment , until I got a call from my wife saying that Dominoes never came . This is not kool , at all . This does a lot in so many different ways, as I did what any loving father in this situation would have done , by going back home to bring them something to eat . What a burger it is . But I should not have had to drive back just to drive back again , Dominoes should have been there and for some reason they were backed up so much that they could not deliver when they were needed most . Not good business in my honest opinion, nope , not at all . You just don’t do that . Very disappointed right now….. Whatever team was working tonight ….. “down bad “ for this one . Forreal. …..

I ordered my pizza via the app as I always do. Selected curbside delivery as there has recently been a backup at the pickup window. The app advertises that if your pizza is ready as indicated in the app (it was), they will have it out to you within 2 min after you click the I’m Here button. if not, they will give you a free pizza. I did so and the timer started counting down. A few seconds later the counter stops and someone sticks their head out the door and says it will be ready soon. Five minutes after I clicked the I’m Here button someone finally brings out my pizza. I inquire about the free pizza and was told that they informed me within the 2 minutes it would be coming. I said the app says the pizza would be delivered to me within 2 minutes, not notified it was being processed. I was then told that was between me and the app. She then walked away. This made four of the last five orders I have made with the app where it indicated the pizza was ready for pickup and it was still baking or being sliced. Their status board inside also indicated my pizza was ready when clearly it was not. I don’t know why this is happening all of a sudden, but convenience is one of the reasons I buy from here using their app. This is not so convenient. Nor is the attitude I encounter when I reference the app status.
