Still an amazing place to come get some personalized ice cream. The new remodel has made it clean and bright, and the staff is really nice and friendly. Been coming to this location for years, and honestly I feel like with each year, it gets better and better. From milkshakes to cakes and all the stuff in the middle, this place will satisfy any ice cream craving!

If I were reviewing ice cream only- 5 STARS. This is my favorite ice cream place hands down. However, the staff are consistently miserable and unwilling to do the bare minimum. They were out of lids and didn’t inform us, so when my husband ordered a shake with whip cream on top he was handed an overflowing messy shake and was stared at by the staff as if it was our problem now. We asked for a lid and they shrugged and said they were out. The staff has been this way the last 3-4 times we have gone and it’s really disappointing 🥴

I keep hearing good things about this place so I decided to stop by today. The staff were all smiles and very friendly, making me feel “at-home”. I chose the Majestic Cotton Candy milkshake. For the $9.99 (plus tax) price, it was a STEAL! The milkshake was portioned right, not overly sweet and it definitely had that “instagrammable look”. I’ve had milkshakes that were very much less impressive but were three times more the price. I can’t wait for my next visit to try the other milkshakes as well. Thank you for making me feel like a kid again today.

The workers didn’t wear gloves during the entire Covid breakout. They have horrible management. They are hiring teenager to mange teenager. Belittling people and overall have a terrible customer service. Plus they pay the workers terribly. I can’t support any business that treats its workers less than because I don’t want them spitting in my food because they mad at the manager. Also they fire people for reasons that they won’t fire other people for. Honestly their is a favoritism system and I won’t be coming back anytime soon whatsoever.
