If you order too much food (more than $15 worth) the person on the line making the food will ignore your requests for extra sauce and he will make your food very poorly in spite of you wanting to feed your family taco bell. Thanks for doing a bad job!

I was so excited for my box meal today until I got it home and saw my taco was nothing but lettuce. No meat on my taco. I’m happy they got the no sour cream but not happy about not having a proper taco. I hope anyone else was able to get one. Also, my sister got a box as well and her taco was messed up. Again, they got the no sour cream part right but how do you mess up by putting no meat on a taco?

We came tonight at 1:46am, an hour and fifteen minutes before close and the cashier at the window had the absolute WORST attitude when we were being extremely respectful because we knew that we had two separate orders that was kinda complicated and before we even had a chance she made a nasty face and handed our food out quickly with an a smirk. Like I’ve been in the service industry for years, absolutely not acceptable.

You guys have got to do better. The service is barely mediocre, the tacos hardly have anything but lettuce on them and now they are asking you to "round up for students education" yet they cant tell you what students or schools or if it even goes to this county...NOTHANKS we'll pass and go to taco sombrero

So this is the worst taco bell I've ever visited. The drive thru people are very rude. The last time I visited the girl literally shut the window when I tried to ask a question. I also work for a delivery service and asked if they would allow delivery people to come in to grab the food that is already made and getting cold while I wait in line for 20 minutes. The line is always long and half the time my order is missing items. Don't go here, taco Sombrero is much better.

Tried to go through the drive thru today no answer. Sat there, called out to the speaker but no answer we just drove away. Car behind us followed suit.
