Cracker Barrel

I can not believe this place stays open. The staff were mediocre at best. The feel of the dining area was stuffy. The wait was to much for the gross food. I came here with 5 kids and all of my kids were moody after receiving the food and unhappy with the taste. We will not be returning. I would love to see a management team come in here a spruce up the place & staff! The salad was not what it’s supposed to be. The croutons are not the same as other location. Overall this location makes Cracker Barrel look bad!

UPDATE: I tried calling, twice they hung up on me without my call ever going through. I'll be putting a call into corporate now, because this is NOT how you treat customers. UPDATE 2: I contacted corporate. The woman from corporate was appalled by the images I sent her. I'm currently waiting to hear back from them about a refund. The woman from corporate who is helping me seems very kind and polite - however my opinion on this specific cracker barrel hasn't changed as the store itself has not even attempted to answer phone calls or reach out to me to make anything right. UPDATE 3: Corporate tells me I need to get the refund from Waitr. Waitr tells me I need to get it from Cracker Barrel. The store won't answer calls. This is beyond ridiculous. Don't order from here through waitr. UPDATE 4: Store manager FINALLY got on the phone and refused to give me the refund because she claims it needs to go through the app. She also flat out lied to me and tried to tell me the meat is cooked. It was not. It was cooked until we reached the MIDDLE of the meat. Corporate confirmed that uncooked meatloaf is NOT a first time complaint for this specific store. If your meatloaf is SO DISGUSTING LOOKING that it looks uncooked then maybe your cooks are doing something VERY wrong ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'll be calling in the morning and depending on the stores response, I may alter my review - but as of right now, I just ordered from this store on Waitr. My order was chicken n' dumplings with two dumplings for sides and broccoli, for my mother I ordered meatloaf with two sides of mashed potatoes and a side of cole slaw. The cole slaw was forgotten. My chicken n' dumplings had -two- pieces of small chicken in it, the dumplings were all mush. One of the sides literally only had -two- pieces of dumplings. They also tasted spoiled, like they had been sitting out for awhile. My guess is it was late and I was scooped out the last bit they had instead of them making fresh. If that was the case, if I ordered to late, the restaurant should have 100% called and told me. I would have canceled the order/ordered elsewhere. My mothers meatloaf seemed fine until she got to the middle, where it started looking VERY pink and almost as if it had UNCOOKED bits in it. I've eaten here before and never had this kind of food given to me and it makes me question whether or not I will ever eat here again. Pictures included.

This has got to be the worst cracker barrel I've ever been to. And I have been to a lot of them. All the food arrived cold. I ordered fried okra with chicken and dumplings. Who eats fried okra cold? My child ordered pancakes and bacon. Normally cracker barrel always delivers pancakes and bacon right on point. My kids always eat that. They took One bite of the pancake and didn't want anymore. The service and the food of this cracker barrel is dismal. I couldn't even get a refill on my lemonade. This is definitely a waste. I'm so disappointed and won't ever be back. Save your money. Go someplace else. I attempted to bring up the issue with Kelly, the manager on duty.. She was extremely dismissive of my concerns.

Absolutely awful service. Me and my family were seated with maybe 3 other tables already seated near us. Took the waitress over 20 minutes just to notice us and take our order after telling us it would be a minute. Once we finally ordered we got offered biscuits and told her we were interested in them. Instead of receiving out biscuits, we were walked past and a plate of biscuits were given to a table behind us despite them being seated after us. Horrible customer service and make sure your workers know what they're doing.
