Papa Johns Pizza

I called the restaurant directly for ordering. After the “total” was given, I asked why was it so much. They overcharged for the pizza and corrected it. I thought they deliver directly and wasn’t informed that it was a service company. Not sure who received my tip :/ The stuffed crust was doughy and not cooked.

Ordered Pizza, taste was good, ordering easy, delivery driver EXCELLENT, I was however dissatisfied with the amount of anchovies on the pictured pizza as I had ordered EXTRA. Filled out online survey expressing my dissatisfaction for their definition of EXTRA, did not ask for anything, simply expressed my opinion and received pictured email not even an hour later telling me I was not going to receive compensation. Compensation for what? Who asked for Compensation I simply filled out a survey with my opinion and apparently the General Manager feels like they provided too much service to me. Thanks, but no thanks my business goes elsewhere. Even when I did a chat with customer service (also pictured here) and showed them the pictured email they claim there is nothing they can do (see pictures of chat response), so these people can speak to you in any manner they see fit. Don't fill out the survey or this is the insulting nature of the response you will receive.

It was a busy night Sunday 9/19 ordered at 715p Repeated order back to me and gave me a price..When I went in to pick up the order the place was a mess and staff not wearing gloves, tossing the dough, adding ingredients without gloves, answering/using cell phone then pulling tickets from the front counter, then going back to spread sauce on dough...omg!! I'm next in line and stated who I was then she had to wait about 2 minutes said it was my order he was working on, then he said it was just sent back so it was going to b another 35 minutes...CANCEL!! My noise was already turned up after what I was seeing...can you say wash your hands at Papa John's or if one member has tossed and placed in a pan, why does the member spreading sauce pick up and toss all over her arm? I'm just saying..
