If I could give 0 stars I would! Customer service sucks, just horrible! When asked to speak to the manager about a sandwich not made correctly I was told no the manager is super busy and probably won’t come to the front to speak to me so I’ll have to come to the back! It wasn’t super busy. I just needed something made correctly and they could have cared less. **I should’ve read the reviews first! Obviously this place needs some revamping in workers and their attitudes!!

Was midday and hot so decided to get a bite and rehydrate. Two sandwiches two large drinks a a large cup of ice. The ice came in a large styrofoam cup the drinks came in what looked like a medium clear plastic cup which the ice melted before I engulfed the sandwich. If dining in, I may have gotten a refill but on the go that isn't possible. And the tea had soured before I received.

The absolute worst customer service. Fries look like they were dropped two times in the grease. I mean you can never understand the person on the intercom. The food is mediocre at best, never hot and always wrong. I'm someone that eats here at different times on different days. Parking lot dirty. Employees are not dressed properly. Just terrible.

We waited 20 mins for someone to even take our order. I understand your short handed but ne a help should always acknowledge customers when they come through the door. It's rude to not say anything at all. And they had a mgr sitting down at a table on her phone and also a mgr behind the counter helping with the to go orders. Not one person acknowledged us when we came through the door. We finally ordered and it took forever too but when we got our food ot was cold and no utensils, jelly, napkins, sugar, creamer, etc was in the bag. We had to keep going up there to get what we needed because it wasn't put in the bag. And also the mmgr behind the counter had to help the cashier with a coupon and he too never acknowledged us. When he walked off, I thanked him for his time and he never responded at all. McDonald's needs to teach their mgrs how to get up and off the phone when customers come through the door and also the employees behind the counter never once acknowledged us. I had to practically go back there and ask for help. I wished I worked there. I would make mgr in no time because I know customer service very well. Thank you but the food was cold and so wee the people. And the person I was eating with was the brother of a district mgr in New orleans. .now get that because we told her exactly what happened.
