Wally's Gyros

I don't go here often because the food is never consistent. So its been several months and I decided to try again. I ordered a burrito combo which I've had before and usually doesn't disappoint. Today I was disappointed! The prices have gone up and the portions have gotten smaller. The steak was all fat. For the $8 I paid I could have went down the street to the $1 taco place and gotten a bigger burritos and more fries and decent sized beverage and still had money left over. Next time I'll know better. I used to like this place but it's gone down since opening. The only consistent product is the dessert which they don't make.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. My fiance and I decided to try this place. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 gyros and 2 fries. Ordered no meat on the grill. Received it burnt from being on the grill couldn't even bite into it. I wanted to reorder with softer, fresh meat. For the price you dont get a lot of food. The staff was not friendly and were very rude. When trying to reorder gave us a ton of issues. I will NOT be returning to this place. I'm steering all my friends and family away from here as well.

Have never put less than 5 stars on a restaurant, this one was rough. Need to pick up their customer service. My brief situation: My wife and I wanted Gyros, had never been to this place before. Ordered then waited 20+ minutes for our food. Only one other customer came to the counter and he had hair in his food. I then asked what the hold up was, and the lady said that my order wasn't done yet. I then kindly asked for a refund. The lady then looked at the tray by the counter and saw our now cold food sitting there waiting to be given to us. Was very saddened by this place and do wish that things were better.

This place has great customer service, but the food is just OK. The Philly cheese steak is flavorless and the Italian beef is the worst Italian beef I ever had. But the chicken wings, Gyro, pizza puff is good. Just order the right things that's hard to mess up like chicken or Gyro.. I don't think they're going to last long because they don't care about the quality of the food.

Called to place an order through phone for pick up. I misheard the girl I was speaking with (Janette) and kindly asked to repeat herself a price I asked for and she had an attitude didn’t give me the price and simply replied I have already told you and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak w/a manager she said that they were busy to call back in 10min. I said, I sure will. 1 min later she calls me back to tell me that the manager has left for the day. Very horrible horrible service
