I used door dash to order food from here. Izzos blocked me from posting a 1 star review. Half of my order was missing and the driver slung the food onto my porch from my driveway so half the burrito was torn apart.

Food is amazing! I love izzos because they always offer fresh options.
The customer service here was terrible unfortunately. The girl helping us was on her phone and hardly looked at us. She also ADJUSTED HER EARBUDS AND ALSO TOUCHED MY BURRITO! i will NEVER return to this izzos. I will drive out of my way and go to a different one.

Enjoyed the food but need to improve on customer service. There was no need to rush us since there was no one else in line.

It's a chain restaurant, so you know what you're getting before you go in the door. So my rating is for the location. Staff is always friendly and the place is clean and well managed. Bathrooms are always clean, floor is mopped regularly and tables are clean. Above average when compared to others in the same field.

So it's basically Chipotle without the egregious extra rice filler. Not bad, not noteworthy.

Not too bad. Decent burrito place nothing too special amd modeslty priced like other places. Nothing special that separates this place from others like Chipotle. The illegal part is just double the burrito size from the normal.

Good food, good customer service, just a little bit on the expensive side. 95% of the food is completely fresh and cooked that day, which is great. The 5% that is not fresh however is the chips because they seem to hardly change the fryer grease and the shrimp is sometimes of questionable quality. Everything else though is kept up very well. Fresh meat, vegetables, dip, sauce, you name it.

Walked in with my wife and waited at the order counter. We were ignored by the two workers for over 5 minutes. Gave us plenty of time to watch them preparing food with their masks pulled down under their chins. We don’t need food with their nasty breath on it so we left.
