Dunkin'

This Dunkin' was extremely busy when we visited. It's a Dunkin' so perfection isn't expected. However, a small amount of thinking about what you are doing is appreciated. The staff stuffed our entire order into one bag. The order included a couple doughnuts with chocolate on top. Well chocolate was supposed to be on top. The chocolate was everywhere it wasn't meant to be. I realize they were busy but they could have taken few more seconds to separate the items.

Ok, so where do I start... This place is godawful! The most incompetent people I have ever come across. This dude stared me down and cussed me out behind the counter like I would be scared lol. Dude, I'm sorry this is your job. I would hate my life too! I was just trying to get my order correct and they act like I was bothering them. I do need to be fair though, they have got my order right 3 out of 10 times. Management is dismal and be prepared to wait 25 mins.

A couple days ago I stopped by this Dunkin’ location on my way to work I ordered a couple of donuts and a ice coffee and a hot coffee the guy working the drive thru handed the drinks in a carrier but did not have them in properly the hot coffee bounced out fell all over my lap he had the nerve to tell me to move my car after. Speaking with management they offered me a gift card a day or so later I went use it it had a zero balance I called they told. Me to come back and they would make it right so I did to be fair checked the gift card balance it was $5.00 after getting hot coffee spilled all over me and my car poor management at this location

Always get my order wrong, literally every single time. The girls working here have a lot of attitude and are very rude. They all think they're too good to be working there and look at you like, "ugh, you're making me work?" They put such little effort into their job. Its like they throw your stuff at you saying "don't ever come back!" The drinks always taste gross. A very unpleasant experience every single time that is a waste of my money, energy, and time. I wont be returning. I hope you all find jobs you actually enjoy. You all should care about your jobs and customer service cause we're the ones funding the long fake nails you all love to wear (probably super unhygienic when you work in the food industry now that I think about it and I feel super grossed out...) If their customer service and food is this bad Im concerned about how bad their cleanliness and safety practices must be. They just flat out do not care. Better service, better experiences, better drinks, better people are at the Dunkin on Pleasant Valley Rd. Don't waste your time or money at the Dunkin on University, you'll probably leave unhappy and possibly ill because they don't follow the law when it comes to health and safety while handling food. University Dunkin needs a new manager and all new staff who are mature, considerate, hygienic, professional, hard working, and care about their customers! Pleasant Valley Dunkin is way better!

Food is always wrong. Never a actual manager on duty to help you only shift leads that never know how to help you with you complaints. had an order for 3 adults and 2 kids- messed up everything but the pancakes, We called and they said our name would be wrote down in a book but when I showed up no one could find it they asked for a receipt that no one said for me to have then still didn’t get my order replaced after she called her manager(who’s never at the store itself) and then the shift lead told me she couldn’t give me her name cause she doesn’t give it out like that or corporates number to complain but I could search for it on the receipt ( I didn’t have) or online myself.
