Barney’s Pizza & Pasta

Full review on our organisations web page. Summary: pizzas were cold, did not taste fresh. Pasta was ok. Customer service on the other hand was appalling, both via phone and in person. Can relate to quite a few of the reviews listed here. glad i am not the only one with such horrific experience. If anybody is looking for top quality pizza in Helensvale, I recommend both "Siracusa Pizza Pasta Cafe" and "Maries Pizza". Also am shocked that all of the negative reviews on their facebook page do not get recognised, no apologies, They are only responsive to positive feedback. I think that says enough in itself

I have absolutely no idea why this pizzeria was recommended to me - the pizza was TERRIBLE. Absolutely everything was wrong with it, from the consistency of the crust, to the cheese (some cheese mix, the waiter couldn't even tell me what cheese it was) to the mushrooms on top (don't know how you can go wrong with mushrooms, but they did).
