Marco's Pizza

Unfortunately our experiences with this Marcos is too hit or miss. Some times it’s really good, others times its not good at all. Our most recent order ended up being 20-30 minutes later than the 80 minute estimate, and when the pizza arrived it was cooled off and not very appealing. They also messed up our customization. To make matters worse I’ve tried to call the store multiple times to give them a chance to make it right but was directed to a call center rep who never seemed to address the situation. Now you can’t even reach anyone by phone so we’ve given up and will choose not to use this location unless things improve. Disappointing to see places go downhill because of their personnel or management choices.

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered two pizzas and cheese bread for delivery. Ended up getting a pizza half eaten and one that looks like it was sat on. Called back to the store and was told “oh. Sorry. We have an employee who likes to eat pizzas in the back when she isn’t supposed to and I guess it got delivered on accident.”

If I could give this zero stars I would. We were really looking forward to some Marcos pizza as my mom is keto and she eats the pizza bowls! We had to go to a doctors appointment in holly springs and thought we were stop into Marcos for lunch! We order the food and went and sat down and noticed that that there was so much dust and dirt everywhere. There were 3 people in there and only one wearing a mask but didn’t even have it over his nose and on top of that which is the most important in Covid times or not that they were making pizza and bowls with NO GLOVES ON! When the food came we took it and left and went next door were there was a outside trash can and threw it away. We were so disappointed! Also there foundation drink machine was not working. We would never come back or never recommend this place ever!

This place is honestly a joke and should not be in business especially after reading these other reviews. I had Marcos at a friends house a couple weeks ago and thought I’d try the Holly Springs location sinlneighborhood. I ordered at 4:40pm and they said it would be there around 5:30pm. 5:30 came and went with no pizza…I figured I’d give them some extra time, it was a Saturday and I’m sure they were busy. 6pm, no pizza. So I called and chatted with a guy who wasn’t very professional, he stated they had a big order that came in 30minutes ago and that wasn’t considered into the wait time the app originally told me. (I ordered a hour and a half ago before this “big” order) he assured me my order just came out of the oven and would be there in 10-20minutes. Big surprise 6:30, no pizza, 7pm, no pizza. At this point I had to feed my 2 and 5 year old children because it was a hour past their normal dinner time and needed to get them ready for bed. 7:15, still no pizza! so I called again and a young lady answered and she told me my order was never cooked and something must have happened. It was so frustrating I told her to forget it. I will never try to order again.

Customer service is a hit and miss. Mainly addressing the sanitation of the employees making people's food and the black mold in the ceiling tile from water damage outweighs the pros. Fair amount of reviews concerning these topics but it appears the apologies from management is all that can be accomplished for resolving issues.

Recently ordered a pizza using the Marcos website and everything went extremely well. The delivery driver followed instructions (no call/no knock) and the pizza was made to order that I ordered online. I highly recommend this establishment because they have great service, staff and management. Very appreciative that Mebane has a new variety of a pizza place to pick from and ever happier that the former taco/chicken/hut has been improved and extremely clean.
