The Boardwalk

What an amazing experience. Jessie and Crystal were awesome to work with. They squeezed us in in the middle of Winter and communicated any issues ahead of time. We needed to change our reservation, no problem. Not sure what else they could have done to make this a better stay. The park is secure and easy to walk at night. Folks seem to pick up after their pets and we even saw a few folks walking their cats. Strange but to each there own.

Amazing hosts. Very very nice and accommodating to me. However it seems beyond insane that they are charging $80 a night for such tiny spaces! I mean the local hotel rooms are cheaper than that. Also taking a cold shower at 8:23 am. There's no one else in here so I'm assuming there just isn't hot water here....

We enjoyed our stay, however the arrival and subsequent contact with management was less than stellar. The lot we rented was trashed. Apparently a long time resident had left earlier in the day, and had left boards and trash everywhere. I walked it and cleared what appeared to be all the trash. Supposedly it was rated for a 45’ rig. I’m a trucker so backing is natural to me. The telephone pole right on the front of the lot line was an issue, as well as the palm trees and cinder blocks on the edge of the pavement on the other. My fifth wheel was barely off the pavement and there might have been 4 feet of space behind it. In the process of backing in with the manager’s assistance one of the residents stopped me to let me know there was a tent spike in my tire from the trashed lot. I paid $500 for 4 days so we could visit the Everglades. I had to waste a day driving to Discount Tire to get my tire replaced. I turned in a receipt for the $30 in repairs and $40 in fuel. The management refused to pay for their neglect lot management.

We stayed 2 weeks at the resort. The park itself was nice except for the garbage being far away at the end of the camp. It was always overflowing. The facilities were clean and nice. The rv sites were tight but was managable. The biggest downfall was the traffic. It was very noisy people hot rodding. Around

Friendly people, the electricity was waivering all over the place. We have a 50amp 5th wheel...on a 30 amp service. But we have been on that before and never had these problems. Couldn't run our AC without tripping our protector the first week we were here. Pretty Tight spots. LOUD traffic nearby. Gym and pool marked as closing at 5 daily
