Burger King

Positives: price (2 for $12 meals); food was good; freshly brewed sweet tea was on point; modern-looking and clean inside; Austin was courteous and helpful Negatives: service was a little slow and it wasn't busy yet; while bathroom looked clean, it smelled very strongly of urine because urinal was broken (staff knew of plumbing problems but did nothing to prevent guests from using urinal)

I literally come to this Burger King every morning Tuesday thru Saturday. I’ve never come on a Sunday and I probably won’t again. The lady in the window was kinda rude. I got a SEG croissant and I typically get that or a ham egg and cheese one or the breakfast burrito jr. and this is the first time I have had cold food from them. And the egg was burnt. Also my iced mocha coffee tasted like milk so I turned around not knowing about the croissant yet and asked for them to remake my iced mocha. I first said something at the speaker and had no response to even have it fixed like I was wasting my breath and they’re like ok? I said can I have one remade. So she remade it handed it to me said I put some more chocolate in it. I said ok thanks and she asked in a rude tone can I have the other one back. Like I was gonna drink the iced “milk” she gave my anyways. So I gave it back and then she just shut the window like it’s my fault she’s bad at making coffee. I will never go to this Burger King on a Sunday again. Oh also literally my sandwich was almost as cold as the drink ever tho the egg is over cooked. Only gave four stars for the crew that works all the other mornings

I don't go to Burger King very often but when I do, I go to this one because it's the closest to home. I have never had an issue with this BK. I order on the app and go through the drive thru to pick up my order. They almost never leave out any items I ordered (unlike McDonald's, as you can see from my other reviews), the food is always fresh and I've never had to wait long for my order. The food is more expensive than other fast food restaurants but it's worth it because the burgers are bigger. Also, they have onion rings, 'nuff said. Edit: they did leave out my chicken fries on my last order but I went home and selected "missing item" on the app and not even 10 minutes later I received an email saying I was refunded for the missing item.

The app never wants to work. The cashier was nice but in the phone. Manager the same, my order was very cold. I asked for the entire meal to be replaced and I had to wait for the lunch rush to be over with ( very petty) and I only got one sandwich when I bought two combos. I asked for the managers name and I believe she gave me a fake one. Uhhhh

I went in the evening to get dinner but it looked like they were short handed, but they seemed to take care of the call that came in more and the people that came inside had to wait a little bit. They never really did talk and say that they would be with you soon. They only had a few people inside, so the only way they were busy was drive thur and the calls ,so the food shouldn't have been cold. We have never been happy with the food it's always been just warm or cold. We would have gone to the other BK but the lobby was closed and the drive thur was really busy so we didn't want to wait,we thought we would try it one more time but won't go there again.

Message to Burger King. Next time you advertise your new Chicken Fries, alert the Public that they’re so spicy that you may not be able to eat them. I ran out to the Burger King in Hudson tonight, spent $9.83 and ended up throwing my dinner in the garbage! Not worth going back and complaining plus they didn’t give me a receipt. Will go to McDonalds from now on.

Terrible customer service! Pulled up to order my meal at the drive thru, started ordering and seems like there headset stop working cause it was silent for 5 mins. Started to say hello 2 times and started to say a menu item and get told we are out of that I Told you 3 times already ! You didn’t say anything and I even said your headset or mic must stopped working to get told/yelled at no I repeated your order three times you can get out of line I’m not serving you I’m the manager and I don’t need to serve you. They wouldn’t even give the aka manger name to report corporate even when corporate said they have to. Literally wasted 25-30 of my time to not even get a order if you can’t handle customer service you shouldn't be working as manger or drive window ! Ps checkers across the street took my order perfectly and got my food in 3-4 mins! Better of going there then this Burger King !!!!!
