Domino's Pizza

Used to order domino’s all the time until they built this one. Before this store was built the one on Broadway was where my food came from. This store is awful. Ordered from them several times and something was wrong each time. I can’t give bad business my good money. Since I don’t go and pick up pizza, Domino’s as a whole lost my business.

I was craving some wings & they have a 10 wing for 7.99 deal which was prefect. Tracker tool told me exactly when things were boxed and ready for pickup. The guy at the front was friendly, quick,& even the younger guy who brought the pizza to the front smiled,made sure everything was what I ordered. I appreciate them being friendly and would definitely go again. My total was less than 25 bucks I got a pizza w/extra cheese, mild wings, garlic bread and a 2 L coke.

My order was $23 and I was paying cash with a $50 bill. So I called ahead and they told me that all delivery drivers carry at least $20 in change, which was fine for me. Yet when the delivery driver arrived an hour later after a call telling me they messed up my order. He finally showed up saying he only carried $15 change. When I said that was fine, he acted annoyed by the 60% tip, because "that's all of my bank bag". Very ironic because I was told they held $20.

Ordered $40 worth of food. Asked for double chicken and there is not even chicken in every piece? Second. Ordered tomato’s and pretty sure I payed extra for it and low and behold. No tomatoes either. I ordered online and made sure everything was as I wanted it. Train your employees to double check orders because there’s nothing more disappointing to a customer to have a special order and pay extra and not even get what they ordered. Delivery guy did as asked for contactless delivery. Pizza makers need to learn how to read an order. Foods alright at best.
