Subway

I came in on May 15th 2022 at around 4PM to order 2 foot-long cold cut sandwiches. There was ONE employee working on a sandwich for a woman ahead of me in the line. A guy came in after I did to pick up his online order. I observed the employee trying to get our sandwiches done quickly. He seemed nervous. When he started on my order, I asked him where the onsite manager is. He told me he was by himself. THIS is a MINOR working ALONE in the restaurant! The kid doesn't look older than 15 or 16! Health department and city codes require a manager to be on site at all times. Some woman wearing a Subway t-shirt came into the store, walking to the soda dispenser to get herself a drink. But she left the store and got into her car. Where did she come from? She wasn't there when I pulled into the parking lot at this location. I thought she was the manager coming back from her break?? Nope. The minor was left alone to work inside a restaurant with 3 or 4 customers waiting on him to finish their sandwich orders. This is definitely a safety issue because if he gets hurt on the job and no manager is there, the restaurant and its management would be in serious trouble not only with the city but also the county (health codes), state (labor laws) and federal (child labor laws) departments. He also needs to be re-trained to observe health code requirements to wash his hands when he changes his gloves or when he finishes interacting with the customers at the register. God forbid the restaurant management allow minors to work alone in the restaurant at this address.

Coupon. Get a FREE Footlong when you buy ANY Footlong. Expires 08/20/2022. Coupon REJECTED. Server stated tried 5 times and cash register would NOT ACCEPT??? We had used the SAME type coupon, at an earlier date with an earlier expiration date, without incident. THEN, we were able to use the coupon and for 2 footlong meatball subs it was like $8.00 something. Correct. Today, however, we paid FULL PRICE for 2 footlong meatball subs. Totalled $16.21. INCORRECT! The actual food was good. However, THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE! We expect better! Am keeping receipt. Sad that Subway has resorted to this. ☹️

Placed an order on the app it went through my Account. I show up to pick up my order and the employees mouthed we're close. We went around to the entrance and the Closed Early Sign was posted. They didn't even have the decency to walk to the door & talk to me. I tried calling the store on numerous accounts even before we went to the store. No one answered... the 2 employees stood inside & chatted while my friend and I tried calling the store and no one answered. I will not be returning to this store. How do I get reimbursed for payment??

Even though the gentleman working took care of people that came in after I did, and I placed my order online and I was still inside before the other people, I am very pleased with the service and the quality of my subs in which I received. The gentleman working was very polite and apologized for the wait. Will most definitely be coming back to this location in the future
