TERRIBLE location. Employees clearly don’t care, are cracked out, or simply find joy in just being awful at their jobs. Ordered food said they didn’t have what i ordered and they couldn’t refund because it was through the app. When i said okay I’ll just get something different i told them I’d like 2 different items what ever size would be equal to what i paid. That didn’t happen i got two smalls with a receipt that was half the total of the original bill. Just pure dumb….

I just left after waiting 15 minutes for a single order of ice cream. I watched 4 or 5 vehicles pull in, order food, get it served, then leave. Apparently my order wasn’t important. This used to be a good Sonic but apparently the management has gone to…

This has got to be one of the best Sonic's I've ever been to. We got fast and friendly service brought out to our car(not drive thru)and the order was perfect and food was fantastic. Topped off with a great cherry limeade for that memory of childhood.

I ordered a cherry limeade on the app, like I do almost daily. The first drink was great. The more I drank the worse it was. It tasted like there is a carbonation problem with the sprite. I know there’s cherry flavoring in it, but I can’t taste it at all. I’ll be back but I hope they get it fixed.

Never fails day or night the slowest sonic there is. We like the tea but will be going the extra way to quiktrip from now on and hi boy for burgers. It will still be faster than waiting 15 minutes for 1 tea. No longer a customer

I had asked for 3 salsas and only got one, I went back to get it and they wouldn’t bring it out. When Allison the general manager finally brought it out because I refused to leave, the salsas were sticky and she was rude. Thankfully I keep baby wipes in my car so I was able to use them to eat my mediocre burrito that had burnt eggs in it. When I called corporate to complain they were super nice and compensated me with 2 RT44 coupons so I appreciated that!

Car hop is never available and the locations hours change all the time. Apparently they can’t get staff. Maybe they should pay their people more and they would be able to. Talk about terrible customer service.
