Burger King

The fries were cold when they handed us the bag. We checked to make sure our order was correct, and it was. When we got home, we discovered that all of the sandwiches had expired meat. Burgers were stale and cold. The OC sandwich was burnt, old, and cold. The bread on the OC was hard like it was over microwave. We spent $30.90 and received food that should have all been thrown away. This is a common issue with this restaurant, but it's not usually this bad. Typically they sell you really old nuggets or fries. This is the first time out entire order was bad.

Tried to redeem a coupon with a shake and was told they aren't allowed to make shakes at night, then tried to redeem a coupon for kids meal and was told that this is for dine in only. I've ordered this through drive before and I've gotten shakes at night. The cashier has nothing but a attitude and seems not to care about our questions. Crazy how they would rather tell us no then to just do their jobs and make what we ask for. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I get told I can't get anything I ordered originally just to still sit in drive thru for 15 mins with only two cars ahead of us.

I love burger king but we pulled up and no one answered so we when to the window and 2 girls were just talking and staining at us and not doing anything then we pulled all the way around and two employees were smoking and passing a joint in the parking lot I just wanted burger king but ig not from here

I sat at the drive through mic and was saying hello for over 10min. Then finally a rude lady answered and told me hold on a minute and then I waited another 5min and then was told to wait some more by the same rude lady. Then she said they have a situation going on but they took care of 3 other cars a head of me and they all got food. She handled the situation in about the rudest manor possible. Will not ever go back to this place again. This isnt the first time ive had issues with this store as well. They need a manager check or something. I suggest no one to go through there because if you have an issue they will be rude and give you slow under par service.
