Not what it used to be under new ownership and management. S...L...O...W! The old women who are always working are never friendly. The last time we got burgers they tasted like what you used to be able to buy at a gas station and put in the microwave. Their fries are different; skinnier than they used to be and now are salted. No matter when we go, winter or summer, the blizzards are always soupy. I don't understand why everything is piping hot and ice cold since they don't make it until you're at the window for pickup.

Slow, slow, slow. Sat in line inside for 15 minutes before they told us it would be faster to do the drive thru. Sat in line outside for another 30 minutes just to get three blizzards. Ice cream was classic DQ, so they were good.

Ordered 2 blizzards one of them was flipped upside down twice to make it look like they both were then when I got the one they flipped they gave me the other blizzard an it was liquidity an over the top. It was sliding down the side of the cup! Got all over my vehicle because of it. My hands were sticky. This is my first time going to this dq an I am beyond disappointed. Out of all the other dq this is the worse one I have been too.

While traveling, my family decided to stop for an ice cream treat. After ordering 3 blizzards and waiting more than 20 minutes we were very disappointed.

Was really craving a good Dairy Queen hamburger and they ARE usually very good. A bit pricey but USUALLY worth it. I ordered the loaded triple steakhouse burger for my son and requested NO MAYO on his and got a reply of “ It doesn’t come with Mayo honey”…. First of all.. I have no idea what Mayo Honey is, maybe it’s a northern thing is what I thought since I’m from Alabama. So I proceeded with…. Ok, I wasn’t sure what all came on it and just wanted to make sure that you didn’t put any type of Mayonnaise on it. And as I tried to continue my order , I was interrupted with…. It does not come with Mayo honey. Is that all for your order?
Me: No ma’am I’d also like two large fr…. Was interrupted again…. So finally finished the order. No one in front or behind me and let me say I understand that it had to be cooked but was asked to pull to the drive thru parking space which was fine but two cars went through before I finally got my order. The kicker here is…. I got home and guess what? It had Mayo on the triple burger but not the double that I also ordered…. Just wow…

I ordered 2, 4 piece chicken strips baskets with extra gravy, extra toast and 2 flame thrower chicken meals with drinks. They forgot my extra toast with my chicken strip baskets, the gravy was cold and the flames thrower chickens were just regular chickens.
Very disappointed.
