It was my first visit there and I enjoyed it. I had been intrigued by the idea of making Moussaka but wanted to try it first. They were kind enough to serve it to me at lunch even though it was not on the lunch menu. Thank you very much! It was good and the serving was big enough for me to make two meals. Glad I tried it! I learned that I don't want a 13x9 pan of it which is what the recipes I've found online make. Service was slow but the place was packed with only two servers so I understand and didn't care because I literally had all day! I'll go back and want to try some other items that will suit my taste more closely.

First time at a Greek restaurant and I had my reservations as first but boy did they take care of us. We explained to them that this was a first time and they took the time to explain the food and gave us great options. We were thoroughly pleased with the food and even got free dessert on the house. They have turned us on to Greek food. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything and being so amazing.

For lunch I tried out the Gyro . What is so cool is the soup! I am from Northwest Indiana, and this soup is very known up there. Like a delicacy. It is known as lemon rice lol. Us region rats love it. Anyways, the gyro and the soup were fantastic. So glad I tried this place, and I know where it is at now. It hit the spot! Will be back, next time I want to sit down inside or out on the patio in front. I mean, I was thinking about this Gyro 10 hours after I ate it , then I came here and decided to write this review. Worth noting, my two coworkers loved the chicken gyros they ordered, I just like them original . The cucumber sauce that I can’t spell for the life of me was fantastic with the handful of diced onions and tomatoes. The potato was almost magical. Not even going to elaborate on that, you just need to see what I’m talking about. My lunch slapped today.

Me and my wife had planned on eating at the Italian restaurant but didn't realize we needed reservations. So we walked down to Greek islands and it was a great stroke of luck. Greek island has fresh delicious and authentic Greek food my daughter is usually a light eater but she cleaned her plate. The pastitsio was delicious!

My first time here and eating at a Greek restaurant. The food was amazing, delicious and piping hot. The service was fantastic and I would highly recommend you to go and try their food and hospitality. I had ordered tilapia with just the potatoes because I am a very picky eater but my sister ordered us some type of cheese that was flaming and it was delicious and I have never had it before. Sorry, I can't remember the name of the flaming cheese. Lol it is a must go and try for yourself place because of the atmosphere alone and the food.
